Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate with sales targets achieved.
• Experience in supervisory or team lead roles preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
