Top performers could earn $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually, depending on geography, hours worked and performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Discover customers’ needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solutions to provide a complete top‑down sales experience.
• Close sales using strong communication skills to meet customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory functions.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events.

Compensation

Base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour. Individual‑based commissions up to $18,000 per year if all sales goals are met. Commission structure enables high performers to earn additional income, with potential to reach $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually.

40 hours per week with required evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position is work‑site based; duties performed at a designated retail store location.
