• Bags merchandise efficiently during checkout.
• Handles all cash, checks and credit cards correctly and per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, vo ons, and checks.
• Maintains store appearance and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Provides proper customer service: greeting customers, assisting with fitting room policies, ringing up transactions, and thanking customers.
• Follows safety procedures and keeps professional appearance with name tag.
• Assists management in merchandising the sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Supports Loss Prevention procedures to prevent shoplifting and cash losses.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
