• Bags merchandise efficiently during checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards correctly per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Provides customer service and greets customers.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Supports Loss Prevention procedures and reports incidents.
