Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks promptly
3. Operate cash registers following cash handling procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
5. Maintain a safe environment with PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock and organize merchandise
8. Help customers locate products or alternatives using ZNET
9. Stay informed on products and promotions
10. Assist with installing wipers, batteries, and bulbs, practicing GOTTChA
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes
12. Diagnose vehicle issues and suggest solutions
13. Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to management
14. Develop customer service skills
15. Offer honest advice on products fitting customer needs

Position Requirements
