Responsibilities include assisting customers, performing daily duties, and adhering to company procedures by Living the Pledge daily.

Position Responsibilities

1. Provide WOW! Customer Service
2. Complete assigned store tasks timely
3. Operate cash registers and follow cash handling procedures
4. Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures
5. Maintain a safe environment including PPE
6. Keep store appearance and merchandising standards
7. Restock and organize merchandise
8. Utilize ZNET to assist customers
9. Maintain product knowledge and promotions
10. Assist with installation of wipers, batteries, and bulbs
11. Use OBDII to read vehicle codes
12. Diagnose automobile issues and recommend solutions
13. Communicate customer concerns and employee matters to managers
14. Engage in developing customer service skills
15. Offer honest advice on products

Position Requirements
