United States Naval Academy Business Services Division is seeking a Sales Associate to support all retail operations including the Barbershop, Laundry, and Tailor Shop. The role may extend to the Midshipmen Store, Gift Shop, Uniform Store, and Online Store as needed.

Requirements include at least one year of general work experience or two years of education beyond high school, plus strong customer service and POS skills. This is a fast-paced, hands-on retail environment with a focus on teamwork.

Formación

• Front-facing customer service experience required.
• Experience in a service-related industry preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience operating a cash register or POS system.
• POS experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Skill in resolving problems individually and as part of a team.
• Experience performing hands-on tasks such as operating crafting or engraving machines.

Responsabilidades

• Support all retail operations in Barbershop, Laundry, Tailor Shop, and other NABSD outlets as needed.
• Assist with Midshipmen Store, Gift Shop, Uniform Store or Online Store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and during checkout.
