Job summary

IFB Solutions at US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Entry Level BSC Store Operator I to assist customers with merchandise and deployment needs and uphold the BSC brand and service standards.

In this full-time role you will handle POS transactions, assist with sizing for deployments, process orders, and maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer information into the POS system accurately.
• Operate POS system to checkout purchases, returns, or exchanges.
• Greet customers, learn their shopping purpose, and ensure satisfaction.
• Identify customer requirements by engaging with customers and others.
• Resolve customer issues, seeking manager assistance when needed.
• Assist with sizing for deployments (if applicable).
