Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Associate at Short Pump Town Center in Richmond, VA to deliver a positive in-store shopping experience for customers. You will stock, assist with merchandising and maintain a clean sales floor while providing friendly, helpful service.

The role supports part-time schedules with availability including nights and weekends; experience in retail is preferred, and employees participate in our benefits program and merchandise discounts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0–2 years in a relevant role (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with iPad and register technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Positively resolve customer service-related issues and escalate when needed.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Other essential functions as directed by supervisor.
