PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the Deerbrook Express store. You will deliver a superior in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning and merchandising, and help customers with purchases.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean sales floor, following store policies, supporting product launches, and driving credit and loyalty programs as part of the customer experience. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant job experience; minimum 6 months.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Available to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Assist with stock, cleaning, folding merchandise and other tasks.
