Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Music City Express location. You will provide a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning, folding, and other tasks to support daily operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean floor, processing transactions efficiently, and promoting loyalty programs. Availability nights/weekends is required; prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience; minimum 6 months.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Available for nights, weekends and non‑business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Stock, clean, fold merchandise and assist with tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stock room.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with product launches and changes per SOP.
• Drive loyalty and credit programs with customers.
• Handle transactions quickly and accurately.
