Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store customer experience and assist with tasks like stocking and merchandising.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing wait times for customers.
• Positively resolve customer service-related issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote and explain credit and loyalty programs to customers.
