Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our Express team at the San Francisco Prem location. You will help customers find products, maintain a welcoming sales floor, and support with stocking, cleaning and merchandising tasks.

The role offers part-time hours with pay range $16.90–$24.05 per hour, plus benefits. You should have high school or equivalent, 0–2 years of retail experience, and be available nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent degree required
• 0–2 years retail experience (minimum 6 months)
• Proficient with iPad and checkout registers
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Able to meet physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room for a safe, inviting store.
• Follow policies to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits.
• Perform other functions as directed by supervisor.
