PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our Express team at Twelve Oaks. The role focuses on delivering a great in-store shopping experience, assisting with stocking, cleaning, and merchandising, and processing transactions efficiently.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years in retail or customer service, and be comfortable using iPads and POS systems. Availability must include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to operate iPad and store POS system.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Assist with stocking, cleaning, folding, and merchandising.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Explain loyalty programs and encourage participation.
• Escalate issues to Store Management when needed.
