Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Northpark - Iowa to join our Express brand team. The role requires high school or equivalent, 0–2 years retail experience, and comfort with iPad/ registers.

Part-time hours include nights and weekends to deliver a great customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming sales floor, processing transactions quickly, and supporting loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant retail experience preferred, at least 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait time.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate to Store Management when needed.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
