DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, seeks a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder focused on delivering an unmatched guest experience. You will guide guests, promote product knowledge across a broad range of apparel, including private labels and name brands, and support a high-performing team.

As part of your role, you will coach and train team members on selling skills and store operations, ensuring excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and problem resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.
