Quality Talent Group in Texas is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to provide outstanding service to every customer, accurately process sales orders, and assist customers with financing matters.

You will help with store opening/closing, meet sales goals, and participate in cash reconciliation. Eligible candidates should have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, be legally authorized to work in the US, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
