Job summary

Quality Talent Group in Texas is seeking a customer service oriented associate to provide outstanding service for every guest, accurately process sales orders, and assist customers with credit applications as required.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, is legally authorized to work in the US, and can lift 25 lbs with or without accommodation; you will support store opening/closing and cash reconciliation while pursuing sales goals.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
