Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a motivated Retail Associate in Mission, TX to deliver outstanding customer service, accurately process sales orders, and assist customers with financing when needed. You will be the face of our brand, creating a positive shopping experience across every guest interaction.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
