Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused Store Associate in Texas to deliver exceptional service and process sales accurately. You will assist customers with financing inquiries and help meet sales targets while supporting daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in customer service or sales, are 18+ with a high school diploma, and are able to lift 25 lbs. This is an on-site role offering a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
