Job summary

AAA is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Tulsa, OK to promote memberships, process travel plans, and handle roadside assistance calls. You’ll work a 37.5-hour week with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturday shifts. Notary licensure within 6 months is required or pursued after hire.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.

• Hourly Pay: $15.54 – $19.88. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job‑related factors as permitted by law.
• Monthly Incentive Opportunity: Average $162 – $389 in bonus earnings per month based on individual performance.

What You’ll Do as a Retail Sales Associate

You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills - you can build trust and explain value clearly
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Basic geography knowledge is a plus
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment.
• Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings. This may include the ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position.
