Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Dayton, OH, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help members by promoting memberships, assisting with travel plans, and handling roadside calls. You will support cashiering, tag/title, and ID services as needed.

The role offers hourly pay from $15.54 to $19.88, with a monthly incentive of $162–$389, a 37.5-hour week, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO and 401(k) matching. No Sundays and no late nights, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain value clearly.
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products.
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages.
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls throughout the day.
• Support team operations including cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed.

What You’ll Do As a Retail Sales Associate

You will play an important role in delivering value to AAA members while supporting overall sales performance:

• Consistently promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products
• Assist customers with travel planning including hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages
• Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day
• Contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services as needed

What Makes You a Great Fit
