Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners' Brian Head Resort is seeking a Seasonal Retail Associate for Winter 2026/2027. You will help guests find gear, process sales at the POS, restock and maintain attractive displays, and share resort information with visitors on a day shift.

This role requires basic math, cash handling, and strong customer service in a lively retail environment. Weekend, holiday, and night availability is needed; a seasonal assignment runs November 2026 through April 2027.

Qualifications

• Has basic math and POS handling skills.
• Can sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Works well in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Is available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.
• Works well independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Operate the POS system to complete transactions, handle cash/cards, and process returns.
• Recommend gear, apparel, and accessories based on guest needs and product knowledge.
• Restock and maintain organized displays that are clean and visually appealing.
• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, friendly customer service.
• Share basic resort info, including mountain conditions and amenities.
• Other duties as assigned.
