Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners LLC at Brian Head Resort is seeking a Retail Associate for Winter 2026/2027 to assist guests with purchases, offer recommendations, and keep the shop organized.

You will operate the POS, restock displays, greet guests, and share resort info. The role is seasonal, requires weekend/holiday/night availability, and involves lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Has basic math and POS handling skills.
• Can sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Works well in a fast-paced retail setting and is available weekends/holidays/nights.

Responsibilities

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to complete transactions, handle cash/cards, and process returns.
• Recommend gear, apparel, and accessories based on guest needs and product knowledge.
• Restock and maintain organized displays that are clean and visually appealing.
• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful, friendly customer service.
• Share basic resort info, including mountain conditions and amenities.
• Other duties as assigned.
