Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks an entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will welcome customers, process sales and loans, and help with transactions, using POS systems and cash handling.

Base pay is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour with earned commission on transactions. Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision/Life, 401k, tuition reimbursement up to $2,000 per year, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends.
