Job summary

New Balance in Orlando is seeking Retail Sale Associates to deliver exemplary customer service and expert product knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, assess their needs, educate them on NB products, and guide them through the purchase with effective closing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team and use cash register functions.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Greet customers, understand their needs, educate on features and benefits.
• Move customers through the sales cycle with effective closing.
• Measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions and keep floor neat, stocked, and labeled.
• Maintain safety, monitor merchandise, and report issues as required.
