You will greet customers, understand their needs, educate them on NB features, and guide them through the purchase with friendly, proactive assistance. Responsibilities include fitting customers with the right NB product, informing them about promotions, keeping the floor neat and well stocked, and processing transactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the GUEST service model.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions.
• Keep the floor neat, organized and well stocked.
• Make sure items are labeled and price marked properly.
• Protect products by tagging and monitoring floor merchandise and report shrinkage or security issues.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
