New Balance in Orlando is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers find the right NB gear. You will greet customers, describe product features, and guide them through the purchase process.

Candidates should have strong communication and teamwork, with a willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. No strict retail experience required, and physical tasks may include lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong teamwork and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with cash registers and basic math.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Accurately measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Inform customers about current promotions.
• Keep the sales floor neat, organized and well stocked.
• Label and price items correctly.
• Protect products by tagging and monitoring floor merchandise.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents.
