Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, learn about projects, and recommend products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition and ensure areas are clean and safe.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Follow cash handling and refund/exchange guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise and create price signs.
• Answer phones and assist in other areas as needed.
