Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Florida. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and ensure a positive shopping experience while contributing to store efficiency and team goals.

Responsibilities include helping customers in various departments, stocking, processing orders, and sometimes loading merchandise. The role may require movement across the store and adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic requirements.
• Able to stand, sit, and perform duties as needed.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store operations.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, piping, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
