Job summary

Citi Trends is looking for a dedicated Store Sales Associate to join our team in Columbus, GA. You will assist customers, manage the register, and help with stock and merchandising activities on the floor.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will be responsible for processing transactions, explaining policies, and aiding loss prevention efforts as part of a fast-paced retail team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
• Balance the register according to company policy and handle transactions.
• Call out prices during sales and bag merchandise efficiently.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit cards per policy and obtain management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper appearance, wear name tag, and assist with housekeeping.
• Assist management in merchandising the sales floor and with stock levels.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers and support loss prevention procedures.
• Support management with tasks per company policy.
