Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids, or checks.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping duties.
• Provides proper customer service including greeting customers and guiding them to fitting rooms.
• Follows all safety procedures and dress code with name tag.
• Assists management in merchandising sales floor according to stock levels.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Supports Loss Prevention and reports incidents of theft or dishonesty.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
