Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processing freight.
• Assisting with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to policy.
• Calls out prices for customers at checkout.
• Bags merchandise efficiently after transactions.
• Handles cash, checks and cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns/voids.
• Maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Provide customer service: greet, assist, fit policies, ring up, thank customers, invite return.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance with name tag.
• Assist management in merchandising on the sales floor.
• Assist with tasks per company policy.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Assist Store Manager with loss prevention procedures.
