New Balance in Mosaic District, VA is seeking Retail Sale Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and knowledgeable product guidance across our footwear lines.

You will greet customers, identify needs, educate on features, and help close sales while maintaining store presentation and stock integrity. This role offers flexible scheduling with weekend/holiday availability and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Ability to perform basic math and handle cash transactions.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance if necessary.
