Responsibilities

• Processes freight
• Assists management in merchandising sales floor according to stock level.
• Handles all cash, checks and credit cards correctly and by company policy.
• Explains our exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Maintains store appearance and housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Provides proper customer service such as greeting customers and ringing them in promptly.
• Supports Loss Prevention procedures and reports incidents as needed.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
