• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes/markdowns.
• Balances register according to company policy.
• Bags merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handles all cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns/voids/checks as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Delivers courteous customer service and enforces fitting room policies.
• Follows all safety procedures and wears a name tag.
• Assists in merchandising and stock level maintenance on the sales floor.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Supports Loss Prevention efforts by reporting theft or discrepancies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store management.
