• Obtain management approval for returns and voids when needed.
• Maintain store housekeeping and upkeep tasks.
• Provide customer service: greet, assist with fittings, ring in customers, thank shoppers, invite return.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Keep a professional appearance with name tag.
• Assist management in merchandising on sales floor according to stock levels.
• Help with tasks requested per policy.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Support Store Manager in Loss Prevention; report incidents of theft/dishonesty and follow policies.
