Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, the owner of the Express and Bonobos brands, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the Cool Springs location. The role emphasizes delivering a Great Customer Experience, executing store SOPs, and driving loyalty programs while maintaining a welcoming sales floor.

Ideal candidates will have high school completion, 0–2 years retail exposure, and comfort with iPad POS systems; evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of related retail experience, minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale registers.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock areas.
• Follow policies to ensure associate and customer safety.
• Assist with product launches according to SOP.
• Provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
