Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating the Express and Bonobos brands, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for Outlets Of Bluegrass. You will provide a friendly in-store shopping experience while assisting with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and other duties.

The role requires strong customer service, basic tech skills with iPad and POS registers, and availability to work nights and weekends. We offer a dynamic team environment at a premier Express outlet, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education.
• 0–2 years of relevant retail experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting rooms, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of customers and associates.
• Assist with product launches and in-store SOPs.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate outcomes to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Perform other essential tasks as directed by your supervisor.
