Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Level 1 ServSafe Certification after hire; company support provided.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Availability for varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, customer-focused communication; clear verbal skills.
• Strong reading and basic math skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Maintain product and food presentation reflecting quality and freshness standards.
• Demonstrate reliability: arrive prepared, on time, ready to serve guests.
• Handling all cashier functions, including ringing sales, cash and card payments, and balancing tills.
• Stock and rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and visual appeal.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to prevent shortages and overstock.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety inside and outside the store.
• Complete shift paperwork and operational tasks, including price changes and counts.
• Conduct routine cleaning and comply with health and safety regulations.
