Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Must complete Level 1 ServSafe Certification after hire; company support provided.
Experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
Availability for varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and customer-focused service mindset.
Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in peak times.
Basic math and reading proficiency with attention to detail.
Ability to follow processes and adapt to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient customer service and resolve questions.
Maintain product and food presentation reflecting standards of quality and freshness.
Complete cashier duties including transactions and cash handling procedures.
Stock and rotate merchandise for freshness and visual appeal.
Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Assist with deliveries, receipts, and backroom organization.
Perform kitchen tasks where applicable and follow food safety guidelines.
