Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Level 1 certification after hire; company supports.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Professional, customer-focused communication style.
• Clear verbal communication with guests, teammates, leadership.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in busy times.
• Basic math and reading proficiency with strong attention to detail.
• Experience following processes and maintaining focus.
• Experience prioritizing tasks during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, answer questions, resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain product and food presentation reflecting quality, freshness, and pride.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to serve guests.
• Handle cash and card payments, balance registers, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Stock and rotate merchandise to ensure freshness and visual appeal.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to prevent shortages/overstocks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety inside and outside the location.
• Complete shift paperwork and operational tasks (gas price changes, safe counts, cigarette counts).
• Conduct routine cleaning tasks and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing backroom storage.
