Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Complete Level 1 ServSafe Certification after hire; company supports.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing roles.
• Able to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service and resolve concerns.
• Maintain product presentation reflecting standards of quality and freshness.
• Be reliable: arrive prepared, on time, and ready to serve guests.
• Handle cashier tasks: ringing, cash/card payments, balancing registers.
• Stock and merchandise areas to ensure visual appeal and proper labeling.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety inside and outside.
• Complete shift paperwork and tasks including price changes and counts.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing backroom storage.
