Job summary

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our Glendale Galleria team. As a front-line partner, you will provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers and support stocking, cleaning, and merchandise folding.

You will maintain a clean sales floor, process transactions quickly, and promote credit and loyalty programs. Availability nights and weekends is required; compensation ranges from $16.50 to $23.10 per hour, with competitive benefits for part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience—minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock areas.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
