Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join Pleasant Prairie Premium under the Express brand. You will provide a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning, folding merchandise, and help customers.

The role requires High School or equivalent, 0–2 years of retail experience, and strong customer service. Availability for nights and weekends is expected, with part-time or full-time options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately.
• Resolve customer service issues and communicate resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits.
• Other duties as directed by supervisor.
