Express at Mall At Robinson in Pittsburgh is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will maintain an inviting store floor, assist customers, and process transactions efficiently while promoting Express loyalty programs.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with availability including nights and weekends. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and comfort with iPad and POS systems is expected.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock room to create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Assist with product launches and changes according to SOP.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive credit and loyalty programs.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to minimize wait times.
• Collaborate with team and communicate issues to Store Management.
