Job summary

Express Greenwood is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will provide a great in-store shopping experience for customers, assist with stocking, cleaning and merchandising, and help with daily store operations.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of retail experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and are available for nights, weekends, and non-business hours. Proficiency with iPad and registers is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow company policies to ensure safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches and changes according to SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience and drive loyalty programs.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
