Job summary

Marshalls in Chicago, part of The TJX Companies, is seeking associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences across a busy store. You’ll engage customers, ring transactions, and keep the floor clean and organized while supporting loss prevention and merchandising standards.

You will promote credit and loyalty programs, work with teammates, and adapt to changing needs. A flexible schedule and retail experience are helpful. Starting pay is USD 17.05–17.55 per hour with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfying customer experience and engage with customers.

• Support store recovery efforts and comply with safety policies.
