Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards
• Cross-train to assist in multiple store areas to support business needs
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and follow procedures for cash handling and loss prevention
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and back-of-house areas
• Support safety initiatives and labor policy adherence
