Job summary

Marshalls, part of the TJX family, is hiring store associates to deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will engage with customers, process purchases, promote loyalty programs, and support merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while adapting to changing directions. Prior retail experience is a plus and safety is a priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash or change as required.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and procedures on the sales floor.
• Assist with store recovery, safety, and general upkeep throughout the day.
